How does the Voucher/Coupon system work?
When you receive your voucher/coupon code you can enter the code on the checkout page and your discount will automatically apply.
 
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery takes 5-7 working days from confirmation of order. What are you returns policy?
You can return any product to us in its original packaging within 7 days, after inspection of the product we will offer you a refund.
 
How long does refunds take?

What do I do if my machine is not working?
This depends on the warranty you have, if you have an onsite warranty our technicians will come to you to repair/replace if you have a carry in warranty you will have to send the machine to our repair centre. Can I get a Tax Invoice for my company if I do a purchase?
